El Guapo Tonic Syrup "British Colonial Style"

El Guapo Tonic Syrup "British Colonial Style"

$ 59.00

Ok. Tonic. Where the heck did this stuff come from anyway?  Quinine Water, made from the cinchona tree, was originally issued to British soldiers in Africa as an anti-malarial measure. Being British soldiers, in Africa, gin somehow made its way into the equation, and the GT was born.

This El Guapo Tonic Syrup, British Colonial Style, is likely the best of the artisan Tonics out there. Made with cinchona, as well as plenty of citrus, it has a great red color. Beautiful stuff! Just add sparking water, ice and the adult beverage of your choice.
